DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok and Ark International Begins Partnership with Career Day for At-Risk Children
DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok today kicked off its partnership at Career Day with Ark International, an organization defending the rights of children at risk. They have created Nak Suu, a rugby academy that uses sports to develop opportunities for youth. The DoubleTree team joined the games over the weekend to introduce themselves and organized a “career day,” explaining the opportunities available in hotels. Team members also inspired kids by giving them a short explanation of how a guest checks in, standard amenities available in rooms, and how each department contributes to hotel operations. The event is a reflection of DoubleTree’s CARE (Create a Rewarding Experience) culture by nurturing the next generation of leaders for the hospitality industry. The partnership aligns with Hilton Worldwide’s Travel with Purpose™ commitment by creating learning and career opportunities for underprivileged Thai youth.
