Global Week of Service - November 15 Recap

On Day Four of the Hilton Worldwide Global Week of Service, Team Members led more than 170 service events at corporate offices and hotel properties around the world, including signature events in Shanghai, China; Dallas, Texas and Bronx, New York. Service projects ranged from fundraising activities for a women's shelter in Mumbai to packing dinners for children in Michigan – all with a focus on providing continual and lasting local impact as part of the company’s efforts to Travel with Purpose. Hilton Garden Inn lends a hand to Second Harvest Food Bank of Jacksonville

Team members from the Hilton Garden Inns Ponte Vedra, Orange Park, and Deerwood Park kicked off Hilton Worldwide's first ever Global Week of Service on Saturday, November 10. The three Hilton Garden Inns partnered with members from the Ponte Vedra Beach Sunset Rotary Club and the Ponte Vedra High School Interact Club. The group of about 35 team members volunteered at Second Harvest Food Bank of Jacksonville Saturday morning by unpacking boxes and sorting foods.

Global Week of Service - November 13 Recap

Day two of the Hilton Worldwide Global Week of Service included more than 130 service events around the world including signature events in Memphis, TN; Chicago, IL; Orlando, FL and Watford, England. On November 11 – 18, Hilton Worldwide team members across 90 countries and territories will celebrate the company’s first Global Week of Service. This event will feature hundreds of projects around the globe and unite the company’s approximately 300,000 team members in more than 3,900 locations in their passion for hospitality and service by participating in hands-on volunteer projects and events in their local communities.
