Hilton Worldwide Signs Agreement To Expand Presence In Northwest China With New Hilton Hotels & Resorts Property In Lanzhou
Hilton Worldwide today announced the signing of a management agreement with Lanzhou Friendship Hotel to build a hotel consisting of approximately 389 guest rooms in Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu province. Scheduledh to open in the first quarter of 2017, the 389-room Hilton Lanzhou will reside in the city's central commercial district and provides Hilton Worldwide with greater access to China's rapidly developing northwest China.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts announced today that the 571-room hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico, formerly known as Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza, has been renamed and rebranded as The Condado Plaza Hilton. Hilton Worldwide today announced the signing of a management agreement with Dijaya Land Development Sdn Bhd to manage Hilton Okinawa Kin in Kin, Kunigami-gun, Okinawa, Japan. Scheduled to open in 2016, the 190-room Hilton Okinawa Kin will be part of an integrated resort development located on the eastern side of Okinawa's main island facing Kin Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Granite Properties Breaking Ground On Granite Park IV And Hilton Granite Park A Flagship Master-Planned Development
Granite Properties announced the groundbreaking today for a speculative office tower and the four-star, 299-key Hilton Granite Park conference hotel. Both projects are designed by BOKA Powell architects and slated for completion in mid-2014. Granite Properties has engaged Woodbine Development Corporation as hotel development consultant. The two new structures are part of the existing 90- acre mixed-use development located at the Sam Rayburn Thollway (S.H. 121) and the Dallas North Tollway in Plano, Texas.
