To celebrate and honor Mandela Day, which takes place on Friday, 18th July 2014, Hilton Worldwide will, for the first time, mobilize team members from 13 properties across Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands to give their time in service of others in acknowledgment of the legacy of the late global statesman, Nelson Mandela.

Hilton Worldwide Selects 2014 Teacher Treks Grant Competition Winners

Hilton Worldwide has selected the recipients of the second annual Teacher Treks Grant Competition. Fifteen primary and secondary level teachers were selected to go abroad for two to three weeks to travel or teach, explore and experience culture firsthand during their summer break.

Hilton Worldwide and The Global Fund for Children Partner to Protect Children from Trafficking

Today Hilton Worldwide and The Global Fund for Children (GFC) announced the Hilton Worldwide Anti-Trafficking Fund. This fund will support highly innovative grassroots organizations working every day to help children who have been or are at risk of being trafficked. Over the course of this initial three-year project, an estimated 1,500 children in Nigeria, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey and the United Kingdom will be reached.
